Each piece undergoes a rigorous inspection. We categorize items as New with Tags, Excellent (no visible flaws), or Good (minor vintage character), with all details noted in the product description.
Are all items authentic?
Yes. Our team of experts authenticates every designer piece and vintage label before it is listed on our site.
Do you restock unique vintage pieces?
Most of our items are one-of-a-kind finds. Once an item is sold, it is unlikely to be restocked, though we frequently source similar styles.
How should I care for my thrifted garments?
We recommend following the care label instructions. For older vintage items without labels, professional dry cleaning or hand-washing in cold water is advised.
Do you buy clothes from customers?
Currently, we operate through professional sourcing channels and do not purchase individual items from the public.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
In line with our sustainability mission, we use 100% compostable mailers and recycled tissue paper for all shipments.
