We want you to love your purchase. If a piece doesn't fit quite right, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack Your Item

  Securely pack the item in its original condition with all Jubilee Thrift tags still attached.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
